We ship directly from multiply warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if your order is significantly delayed.
Shipping Times

Damaged
If you receive a damage merchandise, please take a picture and email the picture to us at
detourfinds@gmail.com right away.
Customers in countries outside of the European Union have 48 hours from the date of delivery to report damaged goods and request a refund.
Customers within the European Union have 14 days from the date of delivery to report damaged goods and request a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
