All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
FINESSE PRIME LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

7. DELIVERY ISSUES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. FINESSE PRIME LTD is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, a reshipping fee may apply.
